01 · Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand the client's vision, needs and the context of the project. During this phase we explore ideas, spatial possibilities and the character the future space could have.
02. Concept Design
The concept phase focuses on the fundamental architectural idea. We explore spatial organization, light, proportion and materiality through drawings and visualizations.
03. Design Development
The project is developed in detail. Architectural drawings, interior concepts and material selections define the final character of the space.
04. Technical Design
The architectural concept is translated into technical documentation required for construction. This phase ensures clarity and precision for the building process.
05. Realization
During construction we collaborate with engineers, contractors and specialists to ensure the project is executed according to the design and vision.
